Accommodation and Cancellation Terms
Refund processes for accommodation services are generally determined according to the following criteria:
30-Day Rule: For cancellations made up to 30 days before the start of the stay, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued, excluding legal obligations such as taxes.
Last 14 Days: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the stay will not result in a refund, or the full amount paid may be charged as a cancellation fee.
Special Days and Promotions: Refunds may not be issued during holidays, New Year's, or discounted (early booking) periods.
Refund Procedures
Refund Period: After the cancellation request is accepted, the refund will generally be processed to the credit card used for payment within 7 to 14 business days.
Transfer Right: You do not have the right to transfer your reservation to another person.
